Booking: Appointments can be scheduled by phone, or in person. Please provide accurate contact information.
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork and to ensure you receive your full service.
Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, i may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment to accommodate the next client.
Notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Fees: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Emergency: I understand that emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to an emergency.
Screening: Clients must complete a health questionnaire prior to their first appointment and update it as necessary.
Illness: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. This helps us maintain a healthy environment for staff and clients.
Sanitation: Serenity Black Isle adheres to stringent sanitation protocols. All tools and equipment are sterilised between clients. Hand sanitiser is available throughout the salon.
Allergies and Sensitivities: Please inform me of any allergies or skin sensitivities prior to your treatment.
Respect: We ask that all clients treat our staff and other clients with respect. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
Mobile Devices: To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, please set your mobile devices to silent or vibrate. Use of mobile devices during treatments is discouraged.
Children: For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the treatment areas unless they are receiving a service. Children must be supervised at all times.
Methods: I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. Payment is due at the time of service.
Gratuities: Tips are appreciated but not required. They can be given directly to or added to your payment.
Consultations: Complimentary consultations are available for all treatments. This helps me understand your needs and provide personalised recommendations.
Pricing: A full list of services and prices is available on my website and at the salon. Prices are subject to change.
Packages and Promotions: I offer various service packages and promotions. Please inquire for details.
Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is important to me. If you are not satisfied with a service, please inform me within 24 hours so i can address your concerns.
Suggestions: I welcome feedback and suggestions to improve my services. Please email or speak to me directly.

Confidentiality: Client information is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing salon services. I do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
Photography: With your permission, I may take photos of your treatment results for promotional purposes. You have the right to refuse.
Updates: My policies are subject to change. I will notify clients of any significant changes. The most current version will always be available on the website.
